Lost 7.6 pounds. Lost 2 and a half inches in my chest. 5 inches off my waist. Half inch in my hips. An inch in each arm. 2 and a half in my right thigh and an inch and a half in my left. Total of 12 and 3/4 inches lost in two weeks! YESSSSSSS!

Only about 9 pounds until I get where I was before I broke my foot.

I can’t believe I had the strength to get back up and do this. I am so proud of myself.

I have never peed this much in my life.

What make me laugh about people who tell me not to eat fruit..

is that every single one eats processed meat.

The fact that I have to force myself to eat today scares me.

I don’t want anything. Why do I feel this way?

So tired of getting this. I am not on a diet. I changed my lifestyle. I eat naturally grown/raw/organic fruits, and a lot of fish. 

FRUIT IS BAD. GO ON A LOW CARB DIET.

Please shut up. Something that is naturally grown is GOOD FOR YOU. 

Damnit now everyone on here thinks I’m afraid to eat fruit..

I’m not. I eat it every single day. I was just around a ton of people recantly who have been peaching me about not eating fruit because of “the carbs”. I know your body needs carbs.

Good carbs > Bad carbs

Good fats > Bad fats

I know how everything works. What I meant is I’m around people who “diet” and I don’t believe in diets. I hung out with my friends today who do “low carb” so I ate with them. I went an entire day without fruit and thought I was going to die!

Just wanted to clear that up. I EAT MY FRUITS.
